Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days after receiving payment. I ship only to the Continental United States. I will combine shipping costs for multiple items in one package and refund the difference if the actual shipping costs are cheaper.
If you are local in Brooklyn, NYC contactless pick up can be arranged and Shipping Charges will be refunded.
I make every effort to properly package the pottery to avoid breakage. Please contact me if the item(s) arrive damaged and I will make arrangement for an appropriate replacement or refund. (For insurance purposes, photos of damaged work will be needed).
I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please contact me within 5 days of receipt so we may rectify the situation. Shipping costs, to and from, are not refundable. Return shipments must be sent insured.
